Neck exercises include softly rotating your head to the right, forward, or forward and tugging your hands in three directions.

Scratch your back; place one hand on your back to help you; and, with the other free hand, push down your back as hard as you can.

Through shrugging and rotating your arms in a circular motion, you may move your shoulders while leaving your arms hanging loose.

Twists in the lower back; cross your legs when seated and pull as hard as you can with your left hand around the outside of your right thigh.
